Installation Instructions:
1. Hand Install Tapered Steel T-Bolt Into Damaged Aluminum Oil Pan Threads
2. With 7/8" Tool / Socket Slowly Tap & Install Tapered Steel T-Bolt Into Damaged Pan Threads Until Secure / Tight (Note.. Tapered Steel T-Bolt Threads May Still Be Exposed When Install Is Complete (This Is Normal)
3. Remove Tapered Thread Steel T-Bolt Thoroughly Clean Threads
4. Knead Single Application Loctite Epoxy To Uniform White Color
5. Apply Loctite Epoxy Thoroughly To Steel T-Bolt On & Around The Damaged Thread Area
6. Reinstall Steel T-Bolt Slowly, Re-Torque Until Tight
7. Coat Remaining Exposed Steel T-Bolt Threads With Excess Loctite Epoxy (Recommended Cure Time 10Mins)
8. Fill With Oil / Check For Leaks
9. If Leak Is Present Slowly Tap & Install Tapered Steel T-Bolt Into Pan Threads, Until Leak Stops
10. Attach Recommended Wire Tag To T-Bolt Threads
11. Install Vinyl Cap To Complete Installation *To Avoid Damage To Aluminum Pan, Do Not Over Tighten Tapered Steel T-Bolt.
