Electronic accelerograph get order from foot pedal's pressure, then send instruction to engine in order to get matched power. Normally, the instruction from ETC to engine have a delay, sometimes the delay will make vehicle go forward suddenly.
Electronic throttle accelerator collect information from foot pedal's position sensor, optimize these information then send them to engine. It will reduce engine's response time, let start speed faster.
