Our Removable Hardtop, which was introduced in 2001, accentuates the GM Z06 "double bubble" roof silhouette. This exciting Smooth Line design also features a curved, flush mounted, rear window for a very sleek and low look. Coming or going, our Hardtop will give your Corvette a very aggressive stance that will definitely make heads turn! If you want the "Bad Boy" Z06 look, this is it! This Hardtop is shipped complete, with all parts, for easy installation by the average DYI, ready for everyday use or track day enjoyment, and is made in the USA. If your convertible top getting ragged, tired looking, leaking, and ruining the appearance of your car, it is time for the Smooth Line solution, the ultimate replacement convertible top. Bring back the pride and joy of ownership of your ride! Exterior finish satin black, low sheen, lightly grained, very understated subtle appearance. No painting required. This tough composite vinyl material, factory bonded to the Hardtop fiberglass shell, is extremely durable, super easy to maintain and will probably outlast your car. Interior is fully upholstered with a thick charcoal grey color automotive headliner. Improved sound and insulating properties compared to the convertible top. Rear Window Tinted Plexiglas (1/8" thick- same as glass) is factory installed. This light weight impact resistant acrylic material will not discolor or become foggy and with reasonable care will last for years. Weather Seals Custom extruded rubber moldings are matched to the windshield, rear deck, and side window to ensure a weather tight seal. Attachment Hardware mounting system is custom designed for the C-5. The front incorporates the exclusive "Sure Fit" design for an easy and secure installation.
