This is a bolt on kit specifically for your 05-07 Cobalt and is intended for LSJ cars that have swapped 100% over to turbo. It is intended to connect to our Bullseye turbo, Ecotec turbo manifold, and a Saab intake manifold with 2.4L LE5 throttlebody. The intercooler comes with clips that slide and clip right onto the stock bumper support. Then our ZZP L brackets bolt onto the intercooler and the clips that were just previously mentioned. This is intended for use with our other parts, but could possibly work with your own parts, but may need to be modified for perfect fitment. The Standard core dimensions are 28"x 8.125"x 4", please take into account that this measurement does not include the end tanks to make it sound bigger than it actually is.
