Chrome Valve Cover Breather for the 3800 engine that simply replaces your twist on oil cap on your valve cover. It is used to let air into the crank case on supercharged 3800 engines or to vent crank gases on 3800 engines with aftermarket power adders. We wanted to design a valve cover breather that was simple to install and replaced the factory oil cap for the 3800 platform. This is a one piece design, others make adapters to mate to an aftermarket breather. This one is made based off of the factory oil cap which includes a sealing O ring. We have been selling these for many years for the vehicles we specialize in and then many LS v8 car guys started buying them from us. We were told they have been seeing power gains and lower oil temps. *PCM programming required, since it is venting your crankcase and disabling your PCV valve. Fits: Cobalt, Ion Redline, G5, Pursuit, Sky, Solstice, Regal, Grand Prix, Bonneville, Park Ave, Impala, Monte Carlo, ATS, CTS, LS v8 (Corvette, Camaro, Firebird, GTO, G8)
