This Listing Includes 9 items: Premium dual-element, self regulating glow plugs for 2003 6.0L Diesel (set of eight). & 1 New OTC 303-1114 equivalent Ford 6.0L Diesel Glow Plug Connector Remover / Installer For all 2003-2006 Ford 6.0L Diesel engines. PLUGS: Premium, dual-element, self regulating glow plugs. (set of eight). These plugs feature improved starting and combustion chamber sealing. Beware, inexpensive plug sets selling in the $60-$70 range are usually Chinese knock-offs, prone to swell and break. Their selling price is less than our cost on these premium plugs. These plugs fit Ford 6.0L Diesel Engines 2003 , up to engine # 6155636 or build date on or before 09-22-03 (the 2004-2006 is a different listing, for engine number 6155637/ 09-23-2003 and forward.) These updated plugs offer a noticeable improvement in cold weather starting. They get 100 degrees hotter and do it in 20% less time than the OEM Plugs. In addition, the seal that holds the combustion chamber pressure back incorporates an "o" ring instead of just the clamped metal-to-metal seal as on the OEM plug. This means increased durability and the elimination of combustion seepage through the plug housings. Considerable design effort has been put into these new plugs to ensure that they not only start better, but have improved service life. Special attention has been paid to the plug tips in order to minimize potential swelling that can occur as the plugs age. Some lesser plugs can swell so big at the tip, that they won't come back out of the head, that's a problem you don't need. Made in Shelbyville, Indiana.
