This fan override kit allows you to gain complete control of your electric fan via a 3 position non-lighted switch:

ON (manually turns on fan to reduce engine temperature)

OFF (disable the fan; great for water or creek crossings)

Factory mode (returns the fan system to factory setting)

Additionally, we've included a prewired red LED fan indicator light into the harness. Any time the fan is on this light will turn on. Simply drill a 3/4" hole to mount the LED or zip tie it within view.

As we all know, entering deep water or mud when your electric fan is running can cause serious damage to the fan and motor rendering it useless. If your fan quits on you 18 miles back into the woods you're in trouble.

To combat this problem, many riders opt to install a switch that will disable the fan.

This unique kit was designed out of the need for something more. As avid ATV and UTV riders, we didn't want to settle for what everyone seems to have which is a basic switch to turn the fan on or off. How many times have you done that and then forgot to turn the fan back on?

The kit has a built in audible alarm that will sound if your switch is in the OFF position and the thermostat kicks on. Once you move the switch to either ON or FACTORY mode, the alarm will stop.

Fits many Polaris Ranger and RZR and General models

Should also fit many Can Am machines with same plug.

note: If the 2 pin connector on your FAN wire has the MALE connector with female pins and has ground in position (A) which is usually a black wire
12v+ in position (B) which is usually a blue wire
then it should work.

(the male connector is the connector with the visible green rubber seal in the pictures) So long as this male connector is the one that you have on the wire attached to your fan then this should be the proper kit. for plug n play operation.
