Step:
1. Start with the valve fully open/back-seated.
2. Connect the charging hose to the tap and close the valves on the gauge set.
2. Attach the tap to the can.
3. Fully close the valve. This simultaneously punctures the seal on the can.
4. Open the valve again to get refrigerant.
