This is a hybrid BOV / recirculation valve that has been designed to work with engines that have have metered air flow systems (Mass air flow sensor, MAF). Where a traditional BOV would cause driveability problems and or a check engine light
The included block off plate allows you to run it in full recirculation mode or full blow off mode

Valve is fully adjustable by turning the top to set the spring preload
