If the vehicle's without 4 pin plug,you can try cut it and connect the cable directly.

General installation information:

1. Select desired mounting position and make sure that the surface is clean and clear of dirt, water or wax.
2. Peel off the 3M tape and stick the tailgate bar onto the car
3. Connect the power cord to vehicle (Please look at the picture below for more information) and connect the long black wire to 12V power
