Tired of punching holes in thin stamped steel differential covers? Rusty's now offers heavy-duty differential covers that can take a beating and keep on ticking! Rusty's bolt-on replacement differential covers are heavy-duty from the start. Unlike cast aluminum diff covers that can crack, these covers are constructed of ¼-inch laser-cut steel that is then CNC formed for a precision fit. Once formed, they are set up in a jig and robotically welded to ensure a leak-free seal that will last for the life of the differential and beyond. The HD construction even helps reinforce the differential housing and prevents casting deflection under extreme loads. Best of all, these covers are designed and built in the USA. We could call them bulletproof, and they are, but others have already made those claims with cheap imported covers. Needless to say, this is the last differential cover you'll ever buy for your rig.
