Yes, it will function the lights like the listing image while you in reverse, turn left, turn right or brake.

How to install the tailgate light?
The listing image has the detail installation about where your wire should connect to the Plug-N-Play 4-pin flat connector, please refer to the image. if you still don't know how install please feel free to contact us.

How to connect the white wire to make the reverse light work?
Best bet is to find the hot wire on the reverse light inside your tail light housing. If you still don't know how to install, you can search the words "tailgate light installation" on youtube, then you will see there are many installation guidence vedio.

Does the tailgate light fit my truck?
AUDEW tailgate light is universal fitment, if your car is DC 12v, this will fit as long as your tailgate is able to clear 60 inches
