Factory PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) systems rob your engine of fuel efficiency and valuble power by recirculating oil vapor back into your intake track. This not only lowers your fuel octane rating, but also contaminates spark plugs, and leaves oil residue and sludge throughout the engine, leading to retarded timing, power loss, and possibly detonation. BlackPath's Billet Oil-Air Separator Catch Can is the perfect, bolt-on solution to prevent these issues. By installing in-route of the PCV system and utilizing a special stainless steel filter element, the catch can allows oil vapor to condense and collect inside the canister, and allowing clean air to be recirculated into the intake. Our catch can system is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum for weight savings, while providing a sleek look in your engine bay.
