This listing is for four (4) Hylift-Johnson SLOW LEAK DOWN lifters (tappets) for 1999-Up Harley Twin Cam 88ci/1450cc and 96ci/1584cc engines and 2000-Up Harley XL Sportster models. P/N (4) B-2313S. These slow leak down lifters are suited for higher valve spring pressures and higher RPM's. These are machined to a higher standard to provide significantly lower leak down rates for quick pump up, consistent quiet operation, and stability at high rpm.
