The Drag Link is a critical part of your vehicle’s steering system. The function of a Drag Link is to "link" multiple steering components together – the Pitman Arm which transmits steering wheel input from the steering gear and the Center Link, or in some cases, Tie Rods which transfer that input equally to the steering knuckles. A worn or damaged Drag Link can result in sloppy steering, steering wheel shake, dangerous handling characteristics, etc. and should be replaced as soon as possible to return your vehicle to top performance and safety.
