This Heavy Metal suspension kit is designed to provides steering stability for the 1994 - 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 (4WD), 1994 - 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 (4WD) and 1994 - 2002 Dodge Ram 3500(2WD 4WD). Heavy Metals Steering Gear Box Stabilizer solves repeated issue of frame flex and wheel play in the steering assembly. This frame flex and wheel play may start as a minor symptom but can escalate into the dreaded "Death Wobble" if they're not addressed. Constructed from solid steel, the stabilizer ties in the frame rails in together making a bond between them. With the additional bearing included, this corrects play in the steering gear box eliminating the back and forth steering. IMPORTANT: If purchasing spacers, their thickness is not equal to lift amount due to compound ratios that changes the suspension's geometry. Your factory shocks can be reused, but we do recommend an alignment after installation
