NEW engine oil dipstick, 23 1/4 inches long, from the shoulder of the handle to the end of the rod. Dipstick rod is round with a flattened oil level spot. It is for ALL Volvo 4 cylinder 2.3 and 2.1 engines. Volvo 240,740,760,940,960 up to 1995 year with 4 cylinder 8 and 16 valve engines. This item features an improved handle design for increased stability and durability. Those of you who tried to pull out the dipstick without the handle will understand the importance of this improvement. Those of you who have not had the pleasure yet - save yourself the aggravation.
