The BBR Tuning Boost Intake Manifold works for all 48cc and 66/80cc bicycle engine kits in order to keep the carburetor close to the engine so as to not interfere with the bike frame, giving the engine a compact shape and quicker fuel intake
Installation is simple: remove the stock manifold and intake manifold studs. Fit the new manifold up to the manifold ports, install the new intake studs in to the cylinder body, fit your carburetor on, fasten around the manifold, and you're ready to ride
Note: Extra tools (such as a stud extractor) may be necessary for installing this manifold. This manifold works only with 30mm spacing studs, and an extra manifold gasket me be required if your stock gasket is worn

The BBR Tuning Boost Intake Manifold improves efficiency and provides high performance for motorized bicycle engine setups because of its unique design. The Boost Intake Manifold also provides a threaded top screw for Boost Bottle Induction Kits and Nitrous Oxide Kits. Fits on most 48/66/80cc bicycle engine kits, it is designed for greater gas flow efficiency as well as an O-ring seal for a nice air tight fit that helps prevent any vacuum leaks that normally cause poor idle quality and bogging.
