"Incorporating Fumoto's most compact ball valve, Fumoto's S series valves are designed to fit cars, light trucks, vans and select commercial engines. The S series offers a short 5mm nipple which allows you to attach a hose for convenient draining. S series are designed especially for general automotive users who are concerned about low ground clearance. Some of the vehicles that use the 12M x 1.5 or 12mm outer diameter and 1.5mm thread pitch are commonly used by German automobile manufacturers: the many BMW models that use this valve, have a recessed oil pan and will need an adapter extension (ADP-109). Mercedes-Benz engines from 1960-2010 will also use the F109S, as well as the Porsche models from the 1960s and 1970s. Constructed of forged brass and stainless steel to exacting Japanese specifications, the S series valves are designed to provide a lifetime of dependable and reliable service. To use the S valve, simply attach a hose to the nipple or use the optional SH-10 plastic socket and snap it onto the valve nipple. This product includes: One (1) F109S: Short Nipple Type Valve with 12mm-1.75, with a blue fiber gasket washer. One (1) SH-10 Plastic F-Socket. One (1) SL-Socket: L-shaped Plastic Socket to redirect the oil flow up to 360 degrees. One (1) F-Hose: 3ft. Clear Vinyl Tubing 3/8" ID. One (1) LC-10: Small Lever Clip which maintains that the lever is secured in its locked position at all times. One (1) F-Cap : Vinyl Cap to block dirt from the valve.
