On most front wheel driven and all wheel driven vehicles, to replace CV axles, replace ball joints or control arms, would have required 2 people: One to pry down the control arm and the other to do the work. On most of them, the pry bar cannot find a good perch and can slip off, causing damage or injuries. The other option would be to remove the anti-sway bar which is creating the resistance, but often time components are smashed and damaged or frozen, wasting precious time. This tool, because of its unique geometry, will allow for one man operation, will not slip or rotate, making a once challenging job quick and safe. It can also speed up strut replacement for front and rear, avoiding the need to remove other components. The current version has a reversible quick change tool head, to cover the rare occasion where the suspension design allows only approach from one side.
