The patented LenzSaverTM process restores the lens and applies a UV Protectant.
It's professional quality, like what you'd get at a car dealer or auto detailer, but easy enough to do yourself, in your own garage.
Hazy, yellow headlights is a cosmetic issue for sure, but clouded lenses can pose a serious threat to safety too, compromising your night vision and reducing the effectiveness of your headlights by up to 80%.
For 25 years, the LenzSaverTM process thrived in the aircraft industry as a reliable method for removing scratches from airplane windows.
WHY RESTORE HEADLIGHTS
Headlights that are aged, cloudy, hazy or yellowed are becoming increasingly common, as the average age of all cars on the road continues to rise.
Most modern vehicles use a light bulb housing unit which consist of replaceable bulbs with a plastic lens that is prone to discoloration and oxidation.
The entire unit can be replaced (from $300 - $1200) which is very costly. Hazing comes from being continually exposed to exhaust, gasses from other vehicles, road dirt and grit, and ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
With LenzSaver, your car headlights can be made clear again with a process that lasts!
EASY TO USE
The kit is easy to use and contains everything you need to restore your headlights to like new in about 40 minutes.
It's professional quality, like what you'd get at a car dealer or auto detailer, but easy enough to do yourself, in your own garage.
The kit comes with liquid and pads to sand off oxidation, polish and pads to polish the finish of the plastic, and a UV coating to protect the lenses from harmful UV rays.
Additionally, you'll need a hair dryer - just remember to put the hair dryer back in the bathroom when you're done!
MORE THAN JUST GOOD LOOKS
Hazy, yellow headlights is a cosmetic issue for sure, but clouded lenses can pose a serious threat to safety too, compromising your night vision and reducing the effectiveness of your headlights by up to 80%.
While your headlight may look bright enough, the hazing and oxidation not only shortens the distance you can see, but it disperses the light coming through the lens into other directions than straight, down the road.
Car light standards vary from state to state, in some state manufacturing standards say a headlight should illuminate from 300 - 800 yards ahead.
With hazy, aged lenses, the light can be reduced to as low as 100 yards without you even realizing it.
