Grille Technologies is proud to release the all new 1 PIECE billet grille combo kit in the GLOSS BLACK FINISH for the 1998 - 2003 CHEVY CAMARO.  Each billet grille is fabricated from SOLID T-6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminum.  Our grille manufacturing process starts with hand bending each bar to the correct curvature, either by roll bender or hydraulic press (depending on the application).  Next, each individual grille is skillfully hand tig-welded in its designated state of the art jig.  Once welded, each grille is run through our line of chemical baths to ensure optimal adhesion for the next step which is an immediate high temperature baking process known as powder coating, which ensures a long lasting finish guaranteed to prevent any corrosion.  Lastly, the grille is inspected and once passing our meticulous quality control it is then packaged up and shipped out.  Basically what we are saying is each grille kit is PROUDLY HAND MADE IN THE USA!
