Differential Assembly Kits

Currie Enterprises Rear End with 31 Spline Axles with Currie Drilled Disc Brake Kit, Parking Brake Cable Kit, and Brake Line Kit for the applications below (Part #GMA6466X-K3). Currie Crate Rear Ends are designed to be a bolt-in upgrade.
Fits: Chevrolet: 1964-1966 Chevelle, El Camino, and Malibu Buick: 1964-1966 Skylark, Gran Sport (GS), Station Wagon, and Sportwagon Oldsmobile: 1964-1966 Cutlass, 4-4-2, Station Wagon, and Vista Cruiser Pontiac: 1964-1966 GTO, Grand Prix, Lemans, Station Wagon, and Tempest For 1967 year model cars: This rear end will fit some of the 1967's. You must examine the original rear end in the car to determine whether it has: Early Style Spring Pad - A flat coil spring pad with a bolt and a plate that retain the spring, or Late Style Spring Pad - A stamped dome style pad that the spring sits atop unretained. The 2 styles of pads cannot be interchanged - the pinion angle would be adversely affected. If you have the 1967 "early style", this 1964-1966 rear end will fit your car If you have the 1967 "late style", this rear end won't fit. Currie doesn't make the exact rear end for those cars with the domed pad on a 60" wide rear end, however, the 1968-1972 style, 61 1/4" wide rear end may be installed, but it would be 1" wider than the stock 1967 width. ***Crate Rearend housings won't work with RideTech bolt on suspension system due to shock mount location***
Built to the stock overall width (60") and pinion offset specs 60" is measured outside-of-axle-flange to outside-of-axle-flange, in other words, where the wheel bolts on to where the wheel bolts on.
These are 9" Ford center sections, so they do require a 9" Ford 3rd Member (sometimes referred to as a Chunk); if you don't currently have one, we do offer them in several ratios.
The Axle flanges on this rear end are the Big Bearing Ford (New Style), also known as "Torino".
