Daves Customs JK stubby rockcrawler front bumper is a functional, simple styling, low profile, and high clearance design.

Bumper is fabricated from CNC laser cut & formed 3/16" & 1/4" thick HRP&O steel. Our bumper design is lightweight, but incredibly strong with the formed lip behind the winch mounting area and an internal gusset inside the bumper.

Our bumpers are created by professional welders and fabricators, so overall fit and attention to detail are second to none.

Designed to be a factory replacement with a simple bolt on design. No cutting or altering of the Jeep frame like some competitors.

Includes two 1" thick recovery shackle tabs welded inside and out, and angled to provide maximum clearance and approach angle.

Our bumpers are engineered to be the strongest, highest clearance, and lightest of its kind. Most of the integral strength comes from the way it's formed and the internal gusseting that is welded to the inside of the bumper, directly under the winch mount.

When the winch is recessed into the bumper and bolted directly to the bottom plate of the bumper, there is no extra support or internal gusseting to give structural integrity to the bumper. Those not running a winch yet, there is no unsightly hole in the middle of the bumper.

Bumper also includes built in, recessed fog lamp mounts designed to accept your factory fog lamps. Heavy-duty mounts include threaded inserts and mounting hardware to give you a simple, no drill install.

Overall width of the bumper is 44".

Bumper ships bare steel and will need to be painted or powdercoated prior to final installation.
