This is a brand new genuine BMW Retrofit TV Function System for a GPS DVD Navigation System kit for a BMW X3.  Here it is, it'll take some modification and work, but this it the genuineBMW retrofit kit as offered to the European market.  We'll provide English instructions from BMW.  The purpose of this system is to allow your Navigation monitor to display anolog broadcasts that it can receive wherever you are.  This system will only operate when your vehicle is stationary.  Bumper to bumper traffic jams and picnics here you come.  Included in this set are brackets, cabling, receiver hardware device, antenna, and harnesses. *****This is the analog TV tuner receiving only analog reception anywhere in the world*****
