This Perfect Powder Baffle is a must have reloading accessory that dramatically increases powder load consistency and accuracy. When reloading your own ammunition it is common to produce 500 to 1000 rounds per hour. At this rate your powder reservoir empties pretty fast. The weight of powder in the tube affects how full of a charge your bullets receive. A quality baffle ensures consistent weight on the powder at the bottom of the reservoir, giving you consistent loads. This dual powder baffle provides a downward facing baffle attached to a reversed baffle, each with 6 powder flow holes. This stacked design all but eliminates downward pressure from the powder in the reservoir on the charge bar. Throughout testing this design has shown a variation of approximately 0.06 grains or less on load averages of the powders tested. This copyrighted design creates an even flow of powder from the reservoir, whether full, halfway or almost empty, creating a more consistent and accurate load, making this the Perfect Powder Baffle. The riveted two piece design allows the upper baffle flow holes to be positioned anywhere above the lower baffle flow holes to satisfy everyone's powder flow needs. Fits Redding 2" powder reservoir.
