America's favorite all-vehicle brake washer pays for itself in months by eliminating the need for rental brake washers and aerosol cleaners. This washer features a flow-thru parts cleaning brush with stiff durable bristles for extended life and vigorous cleaning action. A long 9" flexible injector nozzle makes flushing drums easy. The washer runs off shop compressed air. An integrated regulator limits pressure and eliminates the need to adjust main shop air pressure. The drying gun with safety tip allows technicians to quickly dry the drums or rotors before installing and lubricating pads and shoes. Large basin (26" x 20") catches the run-off liquid from trucks or cars of all sizes. The parts cleaning tray prevents nuts, washers, and large debris from entering the primary microfilter. A large steel reinforced base and 4" casters make rolling across the shop floor a breeze. Two locking casters keep the brake washer steady when required. Basin and cover are made from durable polyethylene that stands up to rough handling and won't dent, crack, or bend. Cover keeps components safe and cleaning fluid from evaporating while not in use. A drain spigot allows the drum to be easily drained for solution changes. The 15 micron sock filter catches debris and extends the useful life of cleaning solution. The Sealtite collar fits snugly in the basin drain and prevents debris from circumventing the filter media. The oil magnet absorbs and retains 1-1/2 liter of oil from the cleaning solution, and is reusable. The washer uses TNT cleaner concentrate (included). This is a non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable cleaner derived from all natural sources. In most parts of the world, waste water from the basin can be disposed of in the sanitary sewer. Filters can be disposed of as ordinary shop waste. Consult local authorities for information regarding disposal in your area.
