The FE200620LS overcenter buckle strap is used to secure the rear of the wheelchair in postion. It has an S hook for securing the strap to the chair and an A track fitting to secure to the floor. The LS stands for Left side. The S hooks are turned inward of the wheelchair for quick attachment. The FE200620LS strap and be found in FE501S and FE510S wheelchair securement kits by Sure-Lok.
