The FE200783LS ratchet strap is used to secure the rear of the wheelchair in postion. It has an S hook for securing the strap to the chair and an L track fitting to secure to the floor. The LS stands for Left side. The S hooks are turned inward of the wheelchair for quick attachment. The FE200783LS strap and be found in FE522S and FE523S wheelchair securement kits by Sure-Lok.
