The FE200619RS cam buckle strap is used to secure the front of the wheelchair in postion. It has an S hook for securing the strap to the chair and an A track fitting to secure to the floor. The RS stands for Right side. The S hooks are turned inward of the wheelchair for quick attachment. The FE2006019RS strap and be found in FE501S and FE520S wheelchair securement kits by Sure-Lok.
