Slasher Exhaust

We have been building championship winning exhaust for a multitude of riders. Now, we are producing our own line of exhaust available to the public. You do not need to spend a fortune to get a race winning technology and performance. From front to back, these exhausts are of the highest quality. Each exhaust is designed to deliver the best horsepower yet be cost effective.

What separates Slasher Exhaust from the rest of the exhausts on the market?

1) Built for optimum performance, we do not compromise power for ease of construction.

2) Each head pipe is designed for maximum velocity, which aids in exhaust scavenging. Sometimes, utilizing as many as three different step diameters throughout the head pipe.

3) All mid-pipes are designed for maximum exhaust flow utilizing large diameter flow into the silencer. This combined with our stepped head pipes yields maximum engine performance.

4) Our silencers utilize large perforated cores. This design helps maintain flow when quiet inserts are used.

5) Our entire system is manufactured from 304 stainless steel. We use this alloy for its superior heat cycling ability. Other materials like Titanium may be a few ounces lighter, however may crack and break much easier and faster. Also Titanium gets soft when hot and it is prone to rock damage.

6) We designed our silencers to be easily re-packable. We don't use any rivets in the assembly of our silencers. Drilling out rivets is hard and can damage your silencer. It is important to keep your silencer packed tightly not only for performance and sound, but an unpacked silencer is more prone to brake internally due to vibration.

7) We sell what our racers use. We at Slasher feel that the buying public should get the same exhaust as the pros use.
