Since 2008, CDT Group located in Slovenia is the world leader in the production of high quality carbon fiber parts, as an original equipment (OEM) and as an aftermarket manufacturer. Our highly qualified engineers are the driving force behind our commitment to offer you only the most innovative products. We guarantee only the best for your motorcycle: a perfect finish, precise fitting, outstanding performance and superb quality. The FullSix brand was designed with the desire to achieve perfection. Through the use of autoclave, robotic technology, new composites as well as development of new materials customers receive only the best. Latest cutting-edge products are reflected in our innovative manufacturing processes. We have achieved something no one thought possible: a perfect one piece carbon fuel tank with proprietary Autoclave Composite Monocoque (ACM) technology, make us a pioneer in the industry. FullSix carbon fiber begins with carbon molds and pre-impregnated carbon fiber ("pre-preg carbon") which is carbon fiber fabric that is saturated with epoxy resin and must be carefully stored in sub-zero temperatures. Pre-preg carbon is stronger, lighter and more consistent than non-pre-preg carbon fabric (which has resin applied during the production process). To create bodywork, the pre-preg carbon is vacuum-bagged, autoclaved and clear-coated. The vacuum-bagging process uses suction to make the pre-preg carbon conform exactly to the shape of a part mold. The molded part is placed in an autoclave (pressure cooker) and subjected to carefully calibrated heat/pressure to cure the part. The end result is a perfectly shaped carbon fiber part that uses an absolutely minimal amount of epoxy resin. Finally, a perfect finish is accomplished by the part being sanded, sprayed twice with clear-coat and baked in an oven. The clear coat penetrates the carbon fiber, allowing for a deep, smooth, pit-free, super-shiny finish.
