This product comes in multiple weave patterns. Product shown is in Glossy Plain Weave. You are purchasing the Glossy Twill Weave option: a slightly larger weave distinguished by its diagonal pattern. This is the weave pattern found on BST carbon fiber wheels. It is much more difficult to produce a consistent and symetrical pattern, hence many manufacturers shy away from it.
Designed to be fully compatible with your motorcycle and are pre-drilled to fit exactly into existing brackets. Installed with the existing OEM mounting hardware and do not come with any hardware of their own unless specifically stated in the product description.
Beautiful, strong and light and offer exceptional value when compared to the less expensive "Carbon with Fiberglass" product. Made to have a long lasting structure and finish.

The company does not manufacture in-house, however contracts its manufacturing to only the highest quality and most reliable producers, sourcing from all over the world. In conjunction with its suppliers, the company is continually developing new product offerings and options.

Our products are made by hand laying the best quality carbon fiber sheets which have been impregnated with resin ( dry "pre-preg" carbon fiber which assures a minimum use of resin ) into moulds. These are vacuum bagged and undergo the autoclave process at a precise temperature and pressure. The finished pieces then receive a UV-protective clear coating to prevent fading or yellowing. Finally, all parts are vetted by a quality control specialist to ensure a flawless finish. Please note that these parts are produced by hand with the utmost attention to detail and that the occurence of small variances in the weave's symmetry is normal in even the very best quality carbon fiber products.
