This Heavy Metal suspension kit is designed to provide a 1 inch rear lift for the 1984 - 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ (2WD 4WD). Our Add-A-Leaf springs are forged from carbon steel and flex Powder Coat finish to withstand high-compression without cracking. The Add-A-Leaf springs perfect to renew old sagging leaf springs or to increase towing capacity. While ride quality may stiffen under high speeds, the kit should not impact the stock comforts under normal use. IMPORTANT: If purchasing spacers, their thickness is not equal to lift amount due to compound ratios that changes the suspension's geometry. Your factory shocks can be reused, but we do recommend an alignment after installation
