This listing is for a brand new replacement conversion CV front drive shaft for the Land Rover Discovery 2.  It is a directly compatible replacement for the troubled OEM unit.  Every moving part on this shaft is greasable, including the all important constant velocity unit that is located close to the catalytic converter (it gets very hot and it's a huge advantage being able to add grease to the CV).   Other shafts available are OEM-style shafts with greasable u-joints but non-greasable slip yokes and constant velocity units.
