B+ is a wheel with light scratches, very minor curb scratches. B is a wheel with curb scratches, clear coat issues, brake dust build up in vents. B- is a wheel with deeper curb scratches, clear coat issues, brake dust build up in vents. C+ is wheel with curb scratches noticable from up to 10 feet away. C is a wheel with very obvious visual defects, scrapes, clear coat problems etc... C- is a ugly wheel that a customer may buy strictly because of price, usually deeply discounted.
