This GM Getrag 290 5 speed transmission rebuild Kit is a complete rebuild kit. You can identify this transmission by the aluminum rear loaded case. This kit is for the "3rd Design" Getrag 290 transmission and uses a thin (0.90 inches) Input and Output Bearings and Countershaft Bearings that have a 1.180 inch Inside Diameter as well as the input and output bearings are single ball type. This kit includes all the bearings, seals, gaskets, complete small parts kit (That includes snap rings, thrust washers, needle bearings, etc.)
