No Cutting or Drilling on OEM Parts for Faster Installation. 5-1/2" Conical Filter with Inverted Top: This intake utilizes a huge 5-1/2" oval conical Pro Dry S performance air filter with inverted top for maximum flow. This 3-layer progressive, oil-free synthetic media air filter provides excellent airflow for increased horsepower and torque with the convenience of no re-oiling after cleaning. Top Mounted Heat Shield Design: aFe developed this heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations. Split-Tube Design Intake Tube: Heat-insulating, black powder-coated intake tube uses a split tube design that allows the twin turbos to equally share the increased air flow using a mitered transition. This design decreases turbulence and increases velocity, resulting in increased horsepower and torque. 3-Angle Adaptor: The 3-angle adaptor is used to speed up the air flow after the air filter for improved performance and throttle response. Note: This intake fits the 2011 model only. It does not fit the 2012 and up.
