B+ rating A+ is reconditioned or new A is a take off wheel removed from car with less than a thousand miles A- is a wheel with light scratches, car wash brush scratches. B+ is a wheel with light scratches, very minor curb scratches. B is a wheel with curb scratches, clear coat issues, brake dust build up in vents. B- is a wheel with deeper curb scratches, clear coat issues, brake dust build up in vents. C+ is wheel with curb scratches noticable from up to 10 feet away. C is a wheel with very obvious visual defects, scrapes, clear coat problems etc... C- is a ugly wheel that a customer may buy strictly because of price, usually deeply discounted. If you need to ask where the scratches are or how bad they are, or if you would like extra pictures of the wheels then these are not the wheels for you. Unlike the junk yards that sell these, with me, the wheel you see in the picture is the wheel you will get (minus the center cap).
