aFe introduces you to the BladeRunner intercooler outlet tube for your 2008-2010 Ford diesel Power stroke with the V8-6.4 liter engine. This passenger-side tube upgrade represents the next generation of diesel performance products by removing restriction that hinders flow. In recent testing this tube upgrade out-flowed the stock tube by 15 percentage. This cold side intercooler tube is mandrel-bent with smooth bend radii for increased air-flow over the factory intercooler tube. This performance tube also provides two 1/8 inch NPT ports for user accessories and is finished off with a unique aFe power plate for an aggressive stylish look. Included with this performance intercooler tube are premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and high-temperature silicone couplings for strength and a perfect fit. This intercooler tube lines up directly to factory mounting locations and comes complete with silicone couplings, hoses and premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps used to securely mount the tube. Fits aFe's and OE intercooler. The intercooler tube is constructed of 3 inch mandrel bent powder-coated stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and reduced EGTs. A unique stainless steel laser-cut aFe power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive style. Two 1/8 inch NPT ports are provided for user accessories. Note: Trimming of the radiator core support bracket is required. This system is not CARB exempt at this time and is not legal for sale in California or use on vehicles registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
