The +1 oil pan adds an extra 1 quart capacity to any 1999-2008 FLT-FLH model bikes. The extra quart produces an average temperature reduction of 14 degrees. The temperature of your motor oil plays a big role in the life and longevity of your motor. Some of our customers have recorded up to a 30 degree temperature drop in the Nevada desert during the summer where temperatures can easily reach 110 degrees.
