PREASSEMBLED 11/4" DRESSER APE HANGER HANDLEBAR KITS: Save time and money by getting bars, hand controls, switches and grips already prewired and preassembled ready to mount. 11/4" swedged smooth handlebars made of heavy-duty .120 thick wall tubing. Mounting area is stepped down to 1" diameter and knurled to accommodate most risers. Feature radio and cruise control switches. Comes with clutch starting safety switch installed for 07-13 models; for 96-06 models reference wire diagram included with handlebars. Chrome bars have chrome switches/housings and chrome ribbed grips; black bars have black switches/housings and black grips. Available in 11", 14" and 17" with 11/16" bore master cylinder for Dual-Disc application. Notched for Throttle By Wire (Electronic Throttle Control) applications and include a Throttle By Wire wire harness extension kit along with pre-installed pull string to make it easier for installing the Throttle By Wire unit. NOTE: Models with radio only or cruise only have option to use supplied block off switch plugs if desired or leave extra switches for future use.
