STEERING STEMS WITHOUT HANDLEBAR CLAMPS: Steering stem is 4130 chromoly, far stronger and much lighter than most stock units. Handlebar clamps are not included so the rider can choose a clamp that suits his or her particular preference. All mounting hardware included. Available with chrome or gloss black powder-coat finish.
