BDL EVBB-1SL Closed Belt Drive Kit w/ Lock up Clutch for 1990-2006 Harley FXR and FLT; Fits: 1990-2006 FLT Models and 1990-93 FXR Models; 1 ½" and 1 5/8" kits include front pulley, belt, clutch hub, clutch basket and Kevlar® clutch set (consists of two half plates, four full plates and five steel drive plates); Direct bolt-in applications; 3" electric start kits include front pulley, belt, clutch hub and clutch basket and Kevlar® clutch set (consists of two half plates, four full plates and five steel drive plates), 6061 T-6 billet motor plate, outside guard and polished pulley cover; All systems now come with the Quiet Clutch system; Precision-machined, polished aluminum pressure plate uses nine springs and shoulder bolts to ensure even spring pressure (included in kit); Rear pulley has a 40mm, double-row bearing with an inner stress-proof steel clutch hub to support the clutch; Tested by running a 125 hp bike through hundreds of holeshots; outstanding results included no failures or broken belts; Made in the U.S.A.; Note:  Not for use w/ offset primaries; 3" systems not designed for use w/ floorboards
