This plate is often used when converting to an electric pump. Many of our pump designs are not able to completely enclose the original water chamber in the cast aluminum timing covers such as are found in the big block Ford application. Use this back plate to seal up the timing cover and successfully complete your water pump installation. Required for install of WP111 Meziere Water Pumps on Ford 289/302/351W PRE 1994 3/16 thick aluminum CNC profiled
