Reinforce Tailgate. The RedRock 4x4 Hinged Spare Tire Carrier is engineered to distribute the weight of an over sized spare tire across the entire tailgate to eliminate stress on the OEM mounting point. But will not affect the operation of tailgate.

Heavy Duty Construction. Manufactured from heavy duty 1/4" steel for strength, this RedRock 4x4 swing away spare tire carrier is completed in a black painted finish for aggressive good looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

Application. This RedRock 4x4 swing away spare tire carrier is specifically designed for use on 2007-2014 Jeep Wrangler JKs, including the 2-door and 4-door models. Reuses the stock OEM spare tire mount.
