**Fits 2004-2010 Ford F150 FX4 Edition 2WD/4WD** PLEASE NOTE: Rear blocks are 3" tall and will replace your 1.5" factory blocks. Front 2" represents lift amount, NOT the spacer thickness. An alignment is always recommended after altering the height of your vehicle. The Ford F150 FX4 model has a factory modified suspension and will not accommodate a lift larger than the one we advertise. This kit bolts right up to all Ford F150s (in the years stated) including the FX4. This kit will raise your F150 while maintaining a slight rake in the rear in case you tow or have anything in the bed.
