This is a brand new genuine BMW Alcantara steering wheel with SMG paddles from a BMW E46 M3 2000-2006.  This wheel comes brand new and complete with the SMG paddles, airbag connection line, titanium shadow M steering wheel cover, and, of course, the alcantara steering wheel rim, which you may notice has the tri-colored stitching.  I truly don't know if you can take off the paddles and use this on an automatic or manual shift E46.  I can't guide you there and make no guarantees one way or the other.  If you know it can be done, then great, otherwise, caveat emptor.  This is a competition package steering wheel so it will not have the multi-function button cluster shown here but rather the one button piece on the righthand side.  However, you can transplant your cluster with this one as they are compatible and fit perfectly. ****This wheel will also work with an E39 M5 with the SMG transmission!**** -----AIRBAG NOT INCLUDED - Your existing circular airbag is compatible - must be the same airbag design, though.-----
