This Stage 2 Sealed Intake in testing resulted in 19 horsepower and 27 pound x feet torque and outflowed the factory intake by up to 50 percentage. Fully enclosed in a roto-molded plastic housing, this air intake system features a washable or reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features an auxiliary inlet duct for increased air volume as well as an attractive black powder-coated cover that provides ready access to the filter for servicing. This intake system also features a heat-insulating roto-molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. The filter is constructed with 100 percentage polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Sealed intake design: A completely sealed roto-molded plastic housing with a black powder-coated top keeps warm engine air out and allows for a cooler, fresher, denser air intake charge. Auxiliary air scoop: The sealed housing features an auxiliary air inlet scoop that allows for increased air volume into the intake for increased performance and improved throttle response. 5-1/2 inch conical air filter: This intake utilizes a huge 5-1/2 inch 360 Degree radial flow Pro 5R performance air filter for maximum flow. This 5-layer progressive, oiled cotton gauze air filter provides 98 percentage efficiency for maximum flow for increased horsepower and torque. Hassle-free installation: aFe has developed this intake to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing all factory mounting locations and including all hardware needed for installation. Dyno-tuned intake tube: The intake tube has been engineered and dyno-tested for maximum air flow and velocity for increased performance. All emissions components and bracket locations are used for a hassle-free installation. Also fits Toyota Sequoia 2007-2012, V8-5.7 liter, dyno results are from a V8-5.7 liter engine.
