Over time your engine components wear down they will start to release metal shavings into your engine oil. These plugs have an incredibly strong magnet to help gather this debris directly out of your oil during operation. When it comes time to change your oil just clean off the magnetic end and it is ready to go again. Includes one (1) magnetic oil drain plug and washer. NOTE: Please note the compatibility is a guide only , please double check your thread pitch before purchase. NOTE** These will NOT fit the 2010 Outback and Legacy 2.5L engines. Subaru decided to change things up a bit on these two engines so this plug will NOT work for you. If you have the 3.6L in either of these models, this plug Will work for you.
